EE GameCard not received after Meta Quest 3 bundle delivered

Hi All,

So i received my meta quest 3 delivery early this week, All great, however, ive yet to receive my £100 Gamecard which i was told should be with me within 48 hours - it hasn't arrived. So i contacted 150 who raised a webform and was also told i'd hear back within 48 hours,  and now they closed the complaint i raised with no resolutions. This was for a birthday due today, so i would like to know if there is a way i can get this code without further faffing about.

I've  texted Gamecard to 150 which doesn't even work, just spout a lot of random codes I have no interest in. I would like to know 2 things -  Why is this taking so long, and why was my complaint cancelled with no resolution? I see I'm not the only one having this issue and the only advice people seam to get from staff  is copy and paste which doesn't even work.

 

Could someone help me out as this is getting a bit repetitive and frustrating..

Hi @Liam1924 

It's good that the Customer Support team have raised a webform. That will go to the relevant team who can help get it sorted for you.

I'm not sure why the complaint was closed, as we don't have access to your account here in the community. Even though it sounds like that was closed, it won't stop that webform from going through and our support teams working to get this sorted.

If you still haven't received anything by the time that 48 hours is up (from the web form being sent), I recommend getting back in touch with them so that they can re-open your complaint and look into it further.

I appreciate this has been frustrating, so thank you for your patience. Please keep us updated with what happens.
