The GameCard codes should be received by text within 2 working days. If you haven't received this after 2 working days, please text GameCard to 150.
If you head to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter your mobile number and confirm the PIN sent by text, this will take you to a page where the Game Pass should show with an activation button. Once selected, you will be able to complete the setup.
If the Game Pass does not show, please give us a call and speak to our technical team so this can be looked into further.
