Hi I have been having the exact same issue, never had a problem with BT but switched to new EE broadband and can't connect the Xbox via ethernet cable and the app doesn't work so can't use the Gaming Mode, which was one of the main reasons we switched over

Hi @Battlecub,
I've created a new thread for you as you're mentioning issues that @Profile closed doesn't seem to have.
What Xbox are you using exactly? Does the connection work ok through WiFi? What specific error message are you getting and does this stop you from gaming at all?
Thank you
Daniel-S

Thank you.
I am using an Xbox Series X, so when I connect via Ethernet cable it will work but it has
Wired
IPv4 & IPv6
NAT Type: Moderate
UPnP not successful
xbox.com/xboxone/UPnP
We haven't been able to use the WiFi Controls either so can't activate the Game Mode or manage our settings
I have checked the hub manager and the UPnP setting is on and DMZ is off

I am having exactly the same problem. I setup EE hub since the BT merge and never had a problem with my Series X. Now every time I switch the console on dashboard says "connect to internet" I also have the issue where I have to constantly test NAT type so it is open rather than the default Moderate. Surely an update could fix this? Or has anybody found a solution?
