Quest 3s order, not yet received

I ordered the Meta Quest 3s on the 10th October, and had an email confirmation.

I have had no further communication since and am not getting concerned as I would reasonably have expected at least a dispatched notification by now, given the release date of the 15th October.

I have tried to use the order tracker but it is saying that I need to call 150. I did this last week and was told that I would have further information once the product is dispatched. 

What is the usual timescale for the dispatch of products? It has been 12 days now
