XBOX Game Pass Ultimate 12 Months

Hello, with my order i am eligible for the 12 months ultimate pass. I have the add on in my account but when i go to redeem it it says it's only for 1 month and not 12?

Could you please let us know exactly what is happening when you try to activate this? 

If you can send a screenshot of what's coming up, making sure to mask any personal details, that would be perfect.

I did find that it says it can show up as a 1 month subscription but I will be entitled to my 12 months. My issue now is that I've applied it and turned off my current auto renew on my membership but it's still saying it will renew on 28/11/24 but my EE account I have Auto renew switched off so im not sure if i will be given the year membership once my current 2 month deal expires?

Hi @RGB95 

When you set up an inclusive Xbox Games Pass from us, it will show one month at set up and then renew every month for the number of months you get included.

So should I keep auto renew turned on during this process?

Thanks for your reply @RGB95 

I'd recommend keeping it turned on to allow the included months to renew. It should change over and show as being billed through us so do let us know if that doesn't happen.
