Ps portal not connecting

why will the ps portal not connect to EE on my iPhone hotspot? Connected to a friend’s o2 and another on giff gaff using their sim in my phone so it’s not phone it’s the network. Any suggestions

I have spoken with them 3 times and every times they say it’s not their issue and to speak to PlayStation. It’s like talking to a brick wall
