I ordered Pokemon ZA but for some reason tracking advices it will be shipped in 28 days, but it came out last week. The product page now states it will be dispatched much much sooner but my tracking has not updated

I just need to cancel this order if it’s going to take 28 days but it’s impossible.

@Smugcarrot2003  if you wanna cancel it, you need to call customer support.   You were given a timeframe it doesn’t mean it’ll stay at that timeframe.  Your account might or might not update to the now listed timeframe. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
