Playstation Plus Extra Subscription

Hi,

I've recently purchased a Playstation 5 with Fifa 26 and Playstation Extra 24 months subscription.

I've redeemed Fifa26 via the Fifa26 booklet and scratchcard, but how do I redeem the Playstation Extra 24 months subscription. There's nothing in the box.

You normally receive a text 14 days of purchase. If you have not received this then speak to EE CS on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
