PS5 Order

I ordered a PS5 yesterday morning as an add on plan and paid the £5 deposit. But today I still see nothing on my account about the order. I received an email confirming the order which is good but when I log in my account is says I’m £5 in credit and no orders are noted on my account. Has it been cancelled because I understood that if so I would hear from EE directly?

Hi did you get to the bottom of this? I have a similar issue with another bundle and not really getting answers.
