Can I order a 5G hybrid connect?

Hi @c9 

To order EE Smart Hybrid Connect, you'll either need to be on a Full Works or broadband plan that includes it, or you can purchase it as an add-on to other broadband plans. 

If you're an existing customer on a plan that doesn't include it, you can check your options in your MyEE account or by contacting customer service. 

Once you have ordered and received it, follow the steps at Set up Smart Hybrid Connect to get up and running.
