Hi, I've added a PS5 bundle onto my account and the offer included a £125 gamecard voucher.
The code I was given has only redeemed £100.
How do I get the other £25 please?

The link for the bundle now says the gamecard is for £100 but I'm sure when I placed the order it said the gamecard was for £125 .
As you can probably see from previous threads that offer for £125 gamecard was there.

Does anyone have a screenshot of the bundle where it says £125 game card? Ive been calling 150 and they are telling me there was never a bundle with 125 gamecard.. and that i need proof.
If someone can post a screenshot with the bundle showing the £125 gamecard i would apreciate it.

Exactly the same problem I've got.
They're denying it was a £125 gamecard and asking for proof but the order receipt doesn't say how much the gamecard was and the package online now says £100 gamecard.
You can see by the other threads on the forum that there was definitely £125 gamecards offered with packages.
Surely they could see this from our orders?

Lets hope someone has a screenshot of deal.. otherwise we wont get anything.. the order only says gamecard, no amount.. but as you said, theres a lot of people on this forum.. hopefully someone has proof

I’ve had the same thing today. When I ordered the offer was £100, it’s come through as £75 now and they are claiming that’s what I ordered. But it’s what the advisor ordered after there was a problem with the initial £20 down payment. They are definitely doing it on purpose. Same as having to chase the card rather than just sending it to you. They are hoping people done bother and forget about them.

Having exactly the same issue now, that's like the 4th time I'm calling about it, but this time they say there never was £125. Wouldn't have ordered it otherwise 🙄.
Having a screenshot wouldn't help as it'd have to be a screenshot with your order number, as I've been told.
The whole process is just laughable at this point too, had to chase the free data stuff too.
I'm now supposed to wait for the £70 card.

I am sorry this has happened and you have had to call multiple times to get this looked into.
Do you have an email confirming the £125 Gamecard?
Did you order a PS5 bundle?
