PS Portal Hotspot connection Issue

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and hotspot works fine with all of my devices. 
however, for some reason I cannot hotspot to my recently purchased PS Portal. Please could you advise what if anything I need to do to get this to work as it seems EE have some sort of restrictions in place.

Done. But still not working. This is frustrating, I'm thinking of returning the PS Portal. Any other ideas of how to make it work?
