PS Portal Hotspot connection Issue

I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and hotspot works fine with all of my devices. 
however, for some reason I cannot hotspot to my recently purchased PS Portal. Please could you advise what if anything I need to do to get this to work as it seems EE have some sort of restrictions in place.

For iPhone just click ‘raw’ it will download the profile needed for the APN.
Once downloaded go to settings on your phone and it will be there ready to install, keep pressing install and you’re done.

It’s then listed under the settings /general /VPN tab named as configuration file: EE APN IPv4 🙂

Then restart your phone

Hi , I confirm it doesn't work ... I use a Samsung S24 Ultra on EE Hotspot.

Do I have to enter anything in to the portal to set it up because I’ve downloaded it and it won’t find  my hotspot on me iPhone now?

Yes I’ve restarted me iPhone when go to setting the hotspot try the portal it doesn’t see my hotspot am I doing something wrong

I’m having the same issue. Did you get this fixed if so and advice?

Am I being stupid here? I click on the link, click on raw and a bunch of text comes up, I go on iPhone settings and nothing happens?
