Ordering a black Friday deal

Hello all,

I ordered a PlayStation 5 on the black Friday deal but unfortunately the pin which was required on delivery was sent to my sons EE mobile phone number and not mine, even with me being the main contact for the contracts in the household. So the delivery came and we did not have the pin as it was sent to his phone and he was at school so could not access his phone. 

The delivery driver asked my wife for the pin but as she could not provide this he took away the Playstation and said he would re-deliver it the following day but the pin will be the same, the driver never came back. 

Now my product is making its way back to EE. how do I go about getting it re-delivered as i can not make contact with anyone over the phone, its just AI bots which really doesn't help and I am unable to find my purchase through MyAccount.

Please help!!!!!

Welcome to the community.

If the PlayStation 5 is on the way back to us now, we'd not be able to get it redelivered. The order would be cancelled when it arrives into our warehouse, and a text would be sent to confirm it is returned.

To make sure you get one, you'll need to place a new order. The delivery PIN would be sent to the number that the order is placed against, so you'd just need to make sure it is the number for the person who will be accepting the delivery, or someone who will be home so it can be delivered.
