Hi everyone. I have run into an issue with the Add-On I have attached to my contract. I chose Xbox Game Pass Ultimate a while ago but then changed it to Netflix but it does work out more financially efficient to receive XGPU instead. So I changed the add-on back to GamePass over a month ago. However, the subscription does not seem to have taken effect nor has it renewed. Has anyone experienced anything akin to this situation? Any advice? Or should I just call EE Customer Support tomorrow? TIA

When you log in to your account online does it show Game Pass is active rather than Netflix?
