Hello
I recently bought a PS5 Pro after spotting it at a good price in their Black Friday deal and been having problems with its wifi connectivity. I'm pretty sure it's not my internet as my other devices work fine. I am not an EE costumer myself but my parents have EE internet.
However, after looking at the EE website I can't find anything useful on how to contact EE about this issue or getting a replacement.
Can anyone help with some advice?

What issue are you having with WiFi.
You'll need to claim on your warranty or speak to EE CS on 150.
