Hi I ordered the xbox x on the 2nd November. Was told by an EE representative on the 3rd that I would have it on the 4th. The 4th came and nothing. I rang back yesterday like they told me too. I was then told I will recieve a txt by dpd for todays delivery 5th. I always get a message the night before with dpd and I've received nothing. I type my order number in to EE tracking and its constantly saying it can't show me my details.

Thanks for coming to the community. 

The order tracker is for pay monthly devices; this won't show details for the Xbox add to plan accessory.

DPD will be in touch with delivery information once they have the order ready to be delivered. You can download the DPD app and use the email address as the reference and postcode. This will show you any deliveries for your address.

But the xbox is still pay monthly, if that's the case then that should be stated. What's the point in giving customers a number to be able to track if it can't be tracked.

I have the dpd app, and I have regular deliveries with them so I know how they work. What I'm annoyed about is me being told by EE representatives that it will be delivered the next day and still nothing. Telling me to call back the next day, I call back and I'm told the same thing again. Was told yesterday I'd get a message off dpd for today's delivery. Still waiting for it

Like i said that's what I have been doing and I'm just getting told the same thing everytime, and then not receiving my item. I don't want to keep calling to chase this when 1 I shouldn't have to and 2 to keep going round in circles, to be told the same thing over and over for it not to happen.

Sorry, we have no account access on the community to check the order for you. 

If the team have confirmed the order has been processed and dispatched, DPD will be in touch to arrange delivery and provide tracking details for the delivery.

That's the thing, they confirmed neither so I'm still in the dark as to where my item is.

I know dpd don't have my item as I would have had a message from them telling me they have it. I've not had a message so I know they haven't got it.

This is meant to be a gift and I'm now empty handed

The Xbox will be added to your My EE account once the order has been processed.

The team will check this for you, if you can give us another call on 150.

Well then it hasn't even been processed then as it's not coming up on my EE account.

If that's the case why am I being told it's being delivered the next day from my calling day?

Why cant they just say it hasn't been processed. They told me it's in stock  other customers have had there's 2 working days in as it states 2-3 working days and yet here I am

I believe the latest information was expected dispatch within 2-3 days, but it can take up to 14 days.

Please keep an eye on your My EE account for this to be added and the DPD app/text for delivery information.
