Hello,

My EE 5Gee wifi is having issues whilst im gaming, i play call of duty warzone, and the ping goes up to 100 and then down to 30 and then 300 and then down to 30, is there a problem with the fibre at my area? i cannot play properly at all, im very stressed about this situation can someone help me please?

ive tried every solution, i factory reset the device, i rest the device and done many issues, nothing seems to work

something that came to my mind, is that the issue is with the Cable that comes with the device? every time i take it off the device the ping lowers but when i put it on it doesnt lower, its a portable device, is there something wrong with the cable?

i dont want to change providers i just want to know if there's an solution regarding this so i can game properly without any of the stress

thankyou

You're not using Fibre in your area when you're using a mobile router. You're using the mobile network.
