Hi.ive made a order for x box series s with 24 month gaming ultimate for 19 pound a month on Sunday 30th October.i paid the 10 upfront .I haven't had a text or email to say when coming.does anybody know.i had confirmation email with order but it won't let me track it

Orders for this item are expected to be delivered within 14 days.

Once your order has been dispatched DPD will be in touch with tracking details to arrange delivery.

Oh I thought it would be 2 to 3 days as that's what it said b4 I ordered

I also placed an order and not recieved any updates. Why does it say 2-3 days? This is a gift for a birthday in a few days please can you look into this and advice
