I just bought the new meta quest 3s through ee and it stated that I should get a £50 ee game card. I have received the quest 3s about a week ago but have not heard anything about the game card. Is there somwhere i have to claim it from or somthing ? 😕

If you have a mobile device connected to the account that you made the purchase on, can you try texting EE GameCard to 150, do you get a response?

No the only response it sends me is a list of options like 'see balance' and 'make a payment' 😕

I would have expected you to have this by now, as it usually arrives within a few days of you receiving your order.
If you call us directly, our team can send a web form to the relevant area and get this chased up for you.

I’ve had 3 of those forms completed over the last 2 week period and none of them have resolved the issue any ideas where to go from there?

If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they may be able to give you an update, or chase it up further. They'll also be able to open a complaint on your account, if they haven't already.

To receive your £50 EE game card, check if it was automatically sent to you via email or SMS, as it might take up to two weeks after your purchase. If you don’t see it, contact EE customer support or log in to your EE account to find claim instructions.

I am having the same issue. Received my Meta quest 3s a week ago , no game card.
Is it supposed to come through the post separate or with my order?

Do you have a mobile account with us as well, and did you pay for this outright or choose to pay for it via your mobile bill?
The EE Game Card is entirely digital, and you should receive all the details for this via text within 48 hours of purchase.

Hi all.
I have had the same issue, no EE GameCard received. I ordered my Meta on the 20/12/24 so this appears to be an ongoing issue that EE need to sort out.
Reading the responses from various investigators and community support staff no one is giving the same information, it’s wait 48 hrs from purchase, wait 2 weeks from purchase Contact 150 which is absolutely useless as there is no option to discuss this issue . What difference does it make if the item was bought outright or added to mobile bill? EE are advertising a £50 GameCard with the product and are not delivering, this is false advertising and something clearly needs to be sorted out. I’ve not received any texts or emails regarding the GameCard only a text telling me how much I have to pay each month.
what can we do about this - how long do I have to wait and which option do I choose when calling 150.
