Nintendo 2 x 12 month online expansion already used

I’ve been trying to get this resolved for way over a month now. Being passed between ninentdo and EE. Both blaming eachother.

EE is my vendor so I’m hoping I can get someone to reply and get this resolved here ASAP.

my 2 codes are reported as already used. In my research I know this is a known issue with EE provided codes.

EE is my vendor so I’m sure that under the consumer rights act they should resolve this for me?

happy to provide further information

thanks

Hi I will have to raise a complaint. I have called EE 4-6 times over the last 2 month period. They fill out web forms and nothing happens, so I give it a week and call back. I’m stuck in this cycle.

the last call EE insisted I spoke to Nintendo direct, even though EE are my vendor. Nintendo quite rightly pointed me back to EE.

I may have to get the ombudsman involved if your link doesn’t help me resolve!

kind regards

It’s the same link as I have been using. I have zero faith

Hi @Fordc

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you get back in touch with our tech guides they will check what has been completed previously and see what is needed to help you with the codes. If this is not resolved on the call, you can ask our guide to open a complaint. Once the complaint has been opened our executive care team will be in touch to discuss everything with you.

Leanne.
