I'm trying to order a Switch OLED from the monthly payment, i can see it says £35 but on clicking, it redirects me to the 1 payment option only. Anyway around this or does the OLED just not allow the monthly plan?

I am having the same issue, everything else is displaying a monthly price on both the main page and subpage when clicking but the OLED defaults back to 1 payment once opened, so it has to be a issue with the website.

Heya,
Yup, i have a monthly account and have already 1 accessories on my account, with my account also being 10+ years old.
I do believe it is just the website isn't correctly linked and is defaulting back to the 1 payment option has everything else i've checked there works perfectly fine.

Hey.
I called to see what was wrong and they mentioned being able to help but by that point i had already bought a new one from Currys/PC world for cheaper.
But saying that, calling is probably the best way of getting it sorted quickly and were a great help when we were trying to work out what was wrong.
