Hi, I’m looking for some advice. I bought a Nintendo Switch 2 bundle through EE as a Mobile Add to Plan and received it on 2 July. I’m still within the 14-day return period, but I have already redeemed the included 12-month Nintendo Switch Online code.

I’m considering returning it and getting a PS5 Slim Add to Plan instead. Does anyone know if EE will still accept the return after the Nintendo Switch Online code has been redeemed, and whether they would deduct the value of the code or affect the refund?
