Missing online purchase

Hi, I placed an order for a £50 Meta gift card through games.ee.co.uk on the 5th December using a gamecard I received with a hardware purchase. I have received a receipt email but no actual gift card, I have tried contacting the email address on the email receipt but have had no contact. Is there anyone who can help?

Still not heard anything, so I have filled in another webform. I am not very confident I will hear anything at all. 😿
