Was it this Meta Quest 3 bundle that you chose? The terms of that offer say - 'Within 7 days of Activation, you will receive a notification message via email, in your mobile app, and in VR with a link to redeem the Offer Item from the Meta Quest Store.'

Thanks I will keep and eye out for the email with the link , still not received, and it was the meta bundle with the game and 24month game pass.

By activation, do you mean turning it on? 

We are also a bit worried how to transfer across contacts / games from Meta Quest 2. Is this something you can help on? Thank you.

We have done all the steps so I guess we just need to wait for the link to the free game and meta game pass that is suppose to be included.

i had a quest 2 now you can reinstall them to quest 3 iether with your facebook account or meta quest 3 and keep checking your meta 3 home as i got a wrath 3 days after i recieved my quest 3 brilliant game as well  hope you get it soon good luck

Thank you for your help. I'm going to be a right pain though. My son has the meta 2 and signs into the app on his own email. I bought him the meta 3 for his birthday via my phone contract. How do we 1) get the pass on his account and 2 get him the free game?

Am I going to have to set up my own meta 3 account and he will sign into that to get the game and pass? Can 2 accounts use 1 headset?

Hi @Jojo1874,

Your son can setup the Quest 3 with the same account he is currently using and the game will be available via that account.

The Gamers Data Pass would be applied to the mobile plan you used to place the order.
