Hi New customer here. I've been with ee for three weeks and have been trying to activate the Xbox game pass ultimate add on that was part of the package I ordered. But as yet I have been unable to get it to go further than an error message as shown in the pic below and I will admit it is getting a bit tiring to be honest.

Could you try doing it when not connected to WiFi, just to see if that works please?

Tried that yes and doesn't work on safari or Chrome. I have tried 150 but it doesn3work as I don't have an ee landlines or mobile
