Xbox Game pass ultimate add on

Hi New customer here. I've been with ee for three weeks and have been trying to activate the Xbox game pass ultimate add on that was part of the package I ordered. But as yet I have been unable to get it to go further than an error message as shown in the pic below and I will admit it is getting a bit tiring to be honest. 

Thank you for any help you can offer.

Could you try doing it when not connected to WiFi, just to see if that works please?

Is it a chargeable add-on that you have purchased or an inclusive extra as part of your plan?

It was part of the package plan I chose.

Tried that yes and doesn't work on safari or Chrome. I have tried 150 but it doesn3work as I don't have an ee landlines or mobile
