Meta Quest 3 - not received code for Asgard's Wrath 2

I see that someone else had a problem and the solution was to wait 7 days, I activated my device 8 days ago now and still haven't received anything. Do I go to Meta about it?

Welcome to the EE Community and I hope you are enjoying your new Meta Quest 3 🙂

If you have activated and registered your Meta Quest 3, have you opened the store on your Meta Quest mobile app since and if do you see a pop up to redeem your free game there?  

Or if you visit this page logged in to your Meta account can you redeem it?  Shop VR game bundle: Asgard's Wrath 2 – Meta Quest 3 bundle offer on Meta Quest | Meta Store

If not I would reach out to Meta Support who should be able to help get the offer redeemed for you.

I have checked the meta quest app but nothing about redeeming the game.

I have spoken with someone at Meta and it appears that the information EE has on the device page is over 2 months out of date. You, in fact, no longer get Asgard's Wrath 2 with the headset, just the trial for Quest+

@Billylb Thanks for coming back with an update. I have checked and it looks like Meta have ended this offer on 30th June.

I have had a look over our Meta 3 product pages and can see there is still some mentions of this offer, so I have sent the details on to our team to get this updated. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

I do apologise it was not updated sooner. If you did wish to return your device with the Meta offer no longer being on, if it was purchased from ee.co.uk a return can be requested here Return request form | Help | EE

If it was purchased from store.ee.co.uk you just need to login there, go to your orders and select Arrange Return on your order.

Hi Alex, 

i just came across this thread as im in the market for a Meta Quest 3 and just so you know your product pages still have this offer showing under the “Specifications” tab… its been a couple of months since this post so you might want to get it removed 👍🏼
