Is this a scam text?

I have received a text saying to activate my game box ultimate asking me to put a one time code in the link https://discover.ee.co.uk/p7z7f8Y4, is this legitimate.

When clicking on that link, I get an error,, so not sure, but suspect it is a scam, someone else may give you an answer.

Welcome to the Community. 

The domain discover.ee.co.uk/ belongs to us, so it does look legitimate link/message. 
However trying the link it brings up an error. 

Can you post a screenshot of the message? 
Just be sure to blank out any personal information like your mobile number etc.
