Hi that's the subscription for a games pass ultimate.when I bought the xbox series s from ee.it said 1 month free games pass ultimate I want to know how I claim it.as I presume I need a code to enter

@Matthew67 , have you looked at your XBox, is there not a code that came with it, either on the box it came in or the box itself or any other paperwork that came with it?

Hi it said 1 month free gaming ultimate and I recieved the x box on Tuesday so 6 days ago

You should get a message after 14 days with a link to redeem the Game Pass Ultimate.
