You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

Just had a text saying delivery due tomorrow nearly passed out. Clicked the link and it was something I ordered yesterday at 11pm.
Its nice some companies can still offer a speedy service.

Sorry to reply to your message, however I don’t know how to post my own comment lol.
So, here’s my story.
I placed the add to plan order around 5 min before they announced the PS5 on their social channels, I’m guessing I was one of the first in the long list of customers. I phoned the next day to get my order processed, to only be told my order had been cancelled as I was on a sim only plan, whilst only the week before I added the Xbox Series X to my plan, succeeded and received the very next day!
I said, I may be on a sim only, but on the very same account, I have an iPad Pro with you guys, and that is what I ordered the Xbox from. So the fella in the sales team transferred my PS5 order over to my iPad and processed the order. £10 was taken out of my account and then when it came to my phone bill being direct debited from my bank account, I noticed it was £10 cheaper than it should have been.
So my ps5 deposit seems to have been credited back to my account, I phoned to see what was happening and they said my order was an ‘open order’ whatever that means.
I just hope it hasn’t been cancelled!! Very happy for those who have received their PS5, but quite upset I haven’t yet, and quite jealous lol.
btw my order was the Console and extra Controller.
does anyone have any info? I seem to have none compared to some in this thread.

Weird question guys but do you really think they would've ordered the same quantity of console only orders as the bundles? Bit worried the full bundle is gonna be left til last but hoping they all just come in at the same time haha. This week would be sick so don't mind waiting til sat

They did the same thing with my deposit they took it and my next bill was 10 lighter i have asked numerous times to be told the same as yourself that the 10 will be added to my bill after the console arrives ? Hope this helps ?
I do feel for all of those with thr cancelled bundle orders, but are we fair to assume movement in the ordering cycle if this is the case ?

Who knows is my honest answer but to be honest I do think that the sales system had a pre set amount of orders to stick to to meet demand with a variable flex to account for multiple orders at the moment the console sold out, I like many others got my confirmation of console and controller at 08:27 so hope like everyone else this was not too late 🥴

Exactly the same reason I have bought one, for my 2 boys, but I would be lying if I said I wouldn't have a cheeky go every now and then, I might have bought a few games too just for myself 😊

The way I am keeping my dreams alive is thinking somewhere in the world my ps5 getting ever closer. Possibly on a cargo ship at this point.
Each day it is getting a little closer. I don't know why I'm so bothered by all of this but I guess the saying "you want what you can't have" is true.
Honestly I'm more disappointed with EE at this point. I get they have given us a date of the 15th but the absolute lack of communication and when you do reach out the amount of false information is honestly shocking and embarrassing on their part.

All due fairness now, we’ve only got a max of 16 days to wait till we have our consoles I think until then we should stop complaining, I understand we’ve all been fobbed off my cs etc but it’s been clear no one at ee knows what’s going on so I reckon until the 15th we all should just chill a little and we’ll if it don’t come by then by all means run riot and all due fairness you know your getting your console by the 15th so that’s surely better than having to refresh a site over and over crashing again. Either way I hope this thread stay active for a while it’s been quite enjoyable tbh almost like we have our own little ps5 family😂, and just like all of u I’m eager to get the console but I feel like everyday is a cycle of us all guessing of delivery times and being told 5 different things by cs, my prediction is they have all the stock and there sorting through the orders as we speak and I reckon come next week we will have all got our console! Oh Happy days 🎶
