You can order accessories on Add To Plan, which lets you buy new kit, and spreads the cost across your monthly EE bills over the next 11 months. It doesn’t cost you any more – there are no fees and no interest, and it’s not just for pay monthly mobile plans either. 4GEE WiFi and tablet plan users can benefit too.

Here’s some helpful information of what to expect if you ordered one.
When the PS5 is out of stock, you can register here to get notified when it is available to order again.
You are able to order if you are an existing EE customer within the first 17 months of your contract and are eligible to take Add to Plan (please note, not available at time of upgrade).
No, the PS5 is only available to buy online through the online shop
When you place your order online you will see an on-screen message like the one below with an xko number
You will also get an email about your order which will look like the below
If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted directly.
You will be kept up to date with your order by regular weekly messages, no need to call.
Your payment will not be taken straight away, so no need to check your bank account. It will be taken when your PS5 order is being processed on your account.
Yes, we are selling various packages of games, controllers and consoles.
You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and will receive a notification when it is out for delivery.
DPD – our courier partner, will send you a text the day before your EE order arrives to confirm delivery for the following day. The message will also include options to change and track your parcel on DPD’s website.
A further message will be sent on the day of delivery advising the 1 hour slot in which your delivery will be attempted, again this message will include options to change and track your parcel.
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us on 150 to do so.

I was joking, is that post still there? Yes because it was clearly a joke, do you see a shortage of accessories, except for the ones we are all looking for, I said nothing about people who weren't eligible ?
And if you read my long post you will see how I have clearly tried to support all who read this forum the rest was messing about to pass the time, really ? Calm down think if you look to the left and right you'll see we are stood at your side in the same boat !

You received your console as you have clearly stated, are waiting for a ps5 update or something ? As I clearly said before.

Exactly the same thing has happened to me this evening I ordered the PS5 bundle at 8.27am on the 19th November and finally had the £10 Payment taken from me on Friday afternoon. I then instantly received a XKO order number and after logging into my EE account the PS5 was then showing up in the add on section.
This was great news well so I thought I then received my monthly EE phone bill yesterday and it had my normal charges but they were also charging me £50 for the PS5 So assumed it must have been dispatched especially after being billed for it.
This evening I then get another email from EE now saying the following
This is an email confirming that your order with EE has now been cancelled and any refunds required have now been raised.

I instantly called the number to be told firstly it’s because it’s a sim only account I then questioned this and he spoke to a manager. He came back this time and stated it was now because I was out of contract 😂😂😂 ( I only took out the contract in July 2020 it’s 4 months old.
He then tried selling me a upgrade and said the PS5 is out of stock anyway 😡 not that I would have upgraded after this anyway
I then contacted Director support who were absolutely shocking to deal with saying it’s a system error and it should never have been placed in the first place being a sim only account.
I explained other sim only customers have since received the PS5 and she then raised her voice saying that they are liars and not a singe sim only customer has received one 🤣🤣🤣 I recorded the call to confirm this
I have absolutely no idea on how to proceed they have now removed the Add on from the account and said they would amend my bill but this is not good enough
They surely accepted the contract when they took the upfront payment and added it to my account and billed me to simply say it was a error and everyone else is a liar is shocking I’m absolutely fuming with it all
Has anyone else had it added to the account and the cancelled like this ?

@Ignition @at 8:30 (ish) the only option was a bundle of a controller and ps5. This clearly stated ‘in stock for next day’ not dec 16.
