I ordered an Xbox series X and added it to my monthly bill recently. The bundle came with 24 months of Xbox game pass ultimate and Tekken 8. I received the game, however, I haven't gotten a code or text to claim the game pass. There's no option for calling to discuss this. How much longer do I have to wait? Who can I talk to?

You'll receive a text message with a link to activate your Game Pass as soon as your 14 day return period ends.

I am past the 14 days return window now it’s a joke it’s been like 2 months now

If you're outside of your return period and haven't received a redemption text, please get in touch with Customer Care on 150 and a member of the team will be happy to resend it for you.

I rang yesterday and I was told to go to ee.co.uk/xbox and I entered my phone number and put the pin in and it added the gamepass but I checked my account and it’s saying 12 pound to be charged every month
