Hi,
I have 6 months free game pass ultimate as part of my EE broadband subscription- activated on 17th February 2024 so should run until 17th August 2024.
today is my EE broadband billing date and my game pass sub has stopped working - Microsoft say ee haven’t paid it - ee say all their end is fine
Has anyone else suffered this issue or can advise on what has went wrong?

Hi Leanne, yes active on my EE account but Microsoft say EE interface didn’t pay it yesterday so cancelled it

I have tried - EE guides tell me to ring Microsoft - microsoft say it’s EEs problem and they have to sort. Online guide told me to reactivate it so I have but now being told I will be charged £12 a month when it should be free to August?

Hi @Macky111,
It would be best if we helped you with this. Microsoft are right, they can't help you with this as you are getting it through us. If you have a 6 month free membership you will get a 1 month sub added every month until you hit the 6th month free. That's how it's meant to work.
