Hi, I have 2 lines with EE but both are for my parents who use the devices. When I order anything and add the item to my bills, the number I used to add the item gets all the order, delivery and code updates. Will this cause any issues when getting the 24 months Game Pass with the Meta Quest 3 headset?
I already have GPU on my Series X and pay monthly using the same email address I use for the EE Account, can I still activate the 24 months Game Pass against my existing account even if the link is sent to a number I don’t use personally?

Hello @DavidPaulsen.
You should still be able to activate the 24 months pass against your existing account.
If you're paying Microsoft directly, your existing pass will be upgraded to 'Ultimate'. You can continue using this, and when it expires, you'll switch over to our Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and will no longer be charged by Microsoft.

Hey there @DavidPaulsen, thanks for stopping by the Community!
Just to check, with your current Game Pass subscription are you paying for/receiving this through EE on a different number, or are you paying for it directly with Microsoft?

Hi Peter,
I currently pay for this monthly directly with Microsoft set up as a direct debit.
