I’ve been trying to redeem my game pass but every time I click agree to the T&Cs it doesn’t redirect me to the log in page and it still has the add button. Anyway to help? Don’t want to have to sit on the phone 😞

Have you tried using a different web browser?
Are you using a VPN service?

Hi,
So after you mentioned that I thought I’d check it, I don’t use a VPN but use Apple relay. I turned it off but the same problem I can’t seem to add it to an account, I’ll try my PC now and see.

Hi,
Ok I’ve managed to signed in and got it to work however now I’ve run into a completely different problem. I should be getting a 12 month membership but when I’ve gone to redeem it, it’s only for a month.

It says monthly rolling contract, but it is for 12 months.
