Can’t add console to bill

I’m trying to add a console to my bill. I meet the requirements to add it and spread the cost over 11 months but it doesn’t give me the option to pay monthly. Any idea why?

I am the same, I updated last month and I have had my upgrade just over a month now. I don't have the option.
