EE gamecard nightmare

Please can someone help with actually getting this sorted. My gamecard is not working and I keep getting an error message when going to purchase i have made calls and sent emails and nothing. This is becoming a joke.

Welcome to the community.

You've done the right thing in contacting our Customer Support team. They fill in a form that is sent to an offline team to look into, who try and fix it for you.

Hopefully you hear something soon.

This has been going on since Christmas day. I haven't heard as much as a boo from anyone.  Clearly 48hrs is a lie. I have now filled in a complaint form, no doubt I won't hear anything from that either
