Since December i have experienced consistent packet loss on my pc so i had to resolve to a 3rd party app on my pc called ''Exit lag' this has fixed the problem but means i have to pay monthly just so i do not experience these problems i just wish i could fix it PLEASE HELP Me
i also have a problem with my phone the internet sometimes just disconnects randomly but the main problem is the consistent packet loss

That, as shown here:
is not a Smart Hub Plus at all. It is the EE Smart Router introduced many years ago mainly to handle G.Fast BB.
Do you have G.Fast BB? Is your plan EE Fibre Max? What speed is your BB? Could it be either 150 or 300 Meg, approx?
