I am trying to purchase the PlayStation 5 bundle, when I log in I get a "Unfortunately, we couldn't log you in, but you can still buy or upgrade..." message.
I have tried to make a complaint through the webform, but I get getting a "no more than 500 words" error message even though the number of words in my complaint are less than 200.

Do you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract with EE? You cannot order an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan. That's why it's telling you to login to upgrade your existing plan or add another device. You have neither of these.

Yes, I have a sim contract with EE and can log in on the app and website, however, I can't log in when I get to the gaming page.

Sorry just to confirm is this a SIM Only plan?
If so, the terms of adding a PS5 advise you would need to have a pay monthly handset plan, please see Buy PS5 | How to get a PS5 on EE and restock information.

Yes, it is a SIM-only plan. I see that's the problem now.
