Hey , I bought a Xbox game pass ultimate 1 month key from g2a.com on 23th october. I activated It and Microsoft says I bought it from Bt/ee ,and I can't cancel subscription.I didn't have a Bt or ee account, I created it so I can write to you .I wrote a message to the seller too but he/She hasn't respond yet. The 1 month Will end tomorrow and I don't know if the subscription Will end or what's gonna happen but I'm afraid from it. I don't want my account to be banned or something. The subscription only says It Will be renewed tomorrow not that it Will end tomorrow. I don't know if you can help me somehow? My Xbox account email is: ******************* if it helps.
