Bo6 beta code sign up

I am trying to sign up for the chance to get the code but I can’t get past the sign up part. I registered an account. Now to actually sign up for the code, It says input my name, email, zip code and address and etc. I input my name, email, address and it gives a ✅

when I put in my zip code and phone number it gives me a ❌. And I can’t continue to submit.

The promotion for the Black Ops 6 Beta Early Access code has already closed on the 30th August.
