Hi, my mother is trying to sign up for EE broadband. After entering the direct debit details and continuing we are redirected to a BT page that has an error code in the top left of either 01 on mobiles or 61 on a desktop. We’ve tried multiple times and on data/wifi, on multiple devices and can’t seem to progress past this. Refreshing or going back doesn’t help as it gets stuck on this page. Are there any known issues? Seems impossible to get through to EE if you’re not already a customer. Thanks
