Hi everyone
I ordered a ps5 Monday 28th October said it would be 1-3 days delivery it’s now Thursday but I haven’t received anything about it no tracking number or anything just a email saying it’s on its way and that was Tuesday

If you made the purchase from ee.co.uk as an add-on to your mobile contract, please give us a call on 150 and one of our guides will be able to check the order and delivery tracking for you if you have not received this.

I had the same problem, and on the same day. I ordered a Samsung 4k tv, they took the upfront payment. And nothing.
When I phoned up today, after phoning twice on 2 different numbers and getting transferred to the right place, they said the order had got stuck in the system they re-ordered it and apparently the order went through correctly.
But still waiting on the new email and the new delivery day of Weds.

Update:
As I still haven't had any new communication from EE about the 2nd attempt to get the TV, I decided to email them and sent them a copy of the original Thank you for you order email.
If that draws a blank, then I'll try and cancel the order.
