Black ops 6 text 150 - Out of codes

I was trying to redeem the code for the skin but when I sent the text it said they are ‘out’ of codes, any idea when there will be more or another way to get the skin?

Hi @daviddunwell

If you're purchasing Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 | EE Store from the EE store and having this sent to a UK address, any codes will still be sent via email used for the purchase.

All details are at the bottom of the page. I hope this helps!

Linzi 😊

They stopped this code, there are no more, there is no information about the code on the site. Please stop giving out fake information.

Hi @magicman831,

This is featured in "The Legal bit" at the bottom of the store page:

May have to wait for my image to get approved.

Hope this helps.

  • I haven't seen your image yet, but the only "Legal" bit thats in small print at the bottom of my screen is the following:

"EE Store is a trading style of British Telecommunications Public Limited Company, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

PayPal Credit and PayPal Pay in 3 are trading names of PayPal UK Ltd, Whittaker House, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond-Upon-Thames, Surrey, United Kingdom, TW9 1EH. PayPal Credit: Terms and conditions apply. Credit subject to status, UK residents only, British Telecommunications Public Limited Company acts as a broker and offers finance from PayPal Credit.

PayPal Pay in 3: PayPal Pay in 3 is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Pay in 3 eligibility is subject to status and approval. 18+. UK residents only. Pay in 3 is a form of credit, may not be suitable for everyone. Use may affect your credit score or make credit less accessible or more expensive for you. Consider if affordable for you. See product terms for more details."

It's a drop down box with an arrow on it that says "The Legal bit".

You've scrolled past it to get to the part you've quoted. My screenshot should be approved by now if you want to take a look.

I can see it yes, i will list it below for everyone to read.

I can 100% say after speaking to multiple departments on the phone and a complaints team that none of them have any idea what a call of duty black ops "hellachill" code is or that its even something they offer, so im glad that the whole EE sales team and customer servive team are all caught up lol, anyway here is the t&c's.

>>>"Call Of Duty®: Black Ops 6 bonus content

1. By ordering your copy of Call Of Duty®: Black Ops 6 through EE Store (store.ee.co.uk) you will receive 1x redeemable code for the Call Of Duty®: Black Ops 6 in-game cosmetic items including the "Hella Chill" Operator Skin, the "Coin Operated" Weapon Charm, the "Arcade Avenger" Emblem and the "90s Chic" Calling Card. Subject to availability. Codes will be sent via email to the account used to purchase Call Of Duty®: Black Ops 6 or the ‘Slayer product bundle’ after the game releases on October 25 2024. Please note this may take up to 28 days." <<<<

@magicman831  So it does say if you purchase the game from EE you’ll be sent a code within 28 subject to availability.      This offer will mean a purchase of the game from EE to get a code.

This isn’t the same offer as previous promotion that you could claim just via a text and not having to purchase the game via EE.    And this offer is now over as all available codes got claimed.

So the information provided by @Linzi_H  is correct.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Doesn't seem relavent if its a new promotion or old promotion, everyone i spoke to at EE doesn't or at least at the time, didn't have any ideaa bout the black ops 6 skin promotion "hellachill" so.

It seems like people just aren't all kept up to date and thats where confusion is happening.
Also, to all the people that where texting before or looking for answers before they updated to this new "promotion" why didn't they update us or tell us anything, keeping customers in the dark is a great way to show good customer service.

@magicman831  you seem to be ignoring the subject to availability.    And more importantly point 3

“Purchase is deemed to be acceptance by the entrants of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose this promotion without prior notice in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable”.

I’m not claiming to know everything, and I could have missed something, but the fact that they can change the promotion at any point doesn’t sit well with me. Surely, that’s misleading if they’re altering it on a whim?

Especially when people might be purchasing Black Ops 6 from EE specifically to get that code, only for EE to change the terms and conditions without notifying customers or giving them any notice. I would have thought this would fall under the Consumer Rights Act or the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations.

Like I said, I’m not pretending to be an expert on this, but the whole situation just feels off to me.
