Not sure if this is the correct forum to ask, but anyone had any issues with selecting a reason for "arranging a return" on EE's store website? Wanted to return a product but the only reason available to me was "faulty item".
I thought it was possible to arrange the return within the 14 day period regardless of why but have had no luck with EE's customer service call back or trying to get a hold of them through phone. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

If I understand correctly this is an order from https://store.ee.co.uk/ ? You are able to return within 14 days for a change of mind. Is this when logging in and clicking arrange a return that you are unable to select another reason?
When was it you requested a call back from the EE Store? As the callback is within 16 working hours currently, the working hours are Mon-Fri 9am-5pm so you would not hear back over the weekend. You can also e-mail them from the contact us page if you have not already.
