Adding a games console to my account

im  a month into my contract trying to add a games console to my account keeps coming up saying '' Something went wrong... Try again later. '' how do I get around this and do a credit check etc ?

Thanks for coming to our community.

Our team over the phone on 150 will be able to check eligibility and make sure your online account is set up correctly in case there is a setting somewhere preventing you doing it online.

its now allowing me to add one but I keep getting this message 

We couldn't add your item to the basket
Customer doesn't have enough remaining monthly charge

I'd definitely recommend speaking with our Customer Care team so they can check your account for you.
