Xbox nat type strict on wireless router

Hi I recently purchased the smart hub 3 wireless router and when I go to connect my Xbox it’s says UPnP unavailable , it is enable on my settings for the hub , would anyone have any solutions to fix this problem I’ve seen things about port forwarding but I don’t have a good understanding of it

Run the ‘test NAT type’ test in the Xbox network settings a couple of times, your Nat will change to open.

ive tried this solution and it is still saying my NAT type is strict you sure this is the the solution for a mobile router

yes it is a mobile 5G router , I’ve been reading about it online and says port forwarding is a solution would you agree this would work
