Bought the Xbox ultimate bundle, never received the game pass

Like title states, I ordered the Xbox black Friday deal for 30 a month, received the EE game card 150 voucher and the console but haven't received anything about the 24 months of game pass? Does anyone know how long this takes? Customer service through EE is horrendous so had no luck with that.

@gunners2193 If you have added the Xbox to your mobile bill, have you visited ee.co.uk/xbox and entered the mobile number it was added to? It will then send you a PIN to confirm and once confirmed will take you to an activation page where the Xbox Game Pass should show with an activate button.

If the Xbox Game Pass does not show available to activate after confirming the PIN it means the pass has not been added to that number, if you have multiple numbers on your account make sure you double check which one the Xbox is being billed on.

But if it has not been added you will need to give us a call on 150 to speak to our technical team as a member of our level 2 technical team will need to add the pass manually for you, after which you will then be able to activate it on that link.

Did you get the Xbox on Add to Plan where you are paying for it monthly on your mobile bill?

Same thing happened with me,  ordered my Xbox 2 weeks ago, got the Xbox and the Game Card but didn’t receive the game pass. 

customer service is awful, was eventually given an email address I needed to use to sort it,  sent the email over a week ago and still haven’t received a reply or my Game Pass
