Acer Nitro 2 Year Game Pass

hello, i have received the acer gaming laptop 13th April, and from 14th April, have been trying to access the game pass.  it's now 30th of April.  I have tried every which way online on this laptop and phone to access the game pass.  I have tried to contact EE via text, Facebook posts, Facebook messenger, email, live chat, and calling them on the phone via every option.  every service cuts you off, and it's never anyone's problem, it's always another team.  which is always shut.  i honestly don't understand why they don't want me to access the service i am already paying for.  it shouldn't be this complicated.  what a ridiculously terrible service.  i keep getting emails that my complaint is closed.  why is it closed?  i still can't access the game pass.  also, EE, you really need to email people to explain that they need to wait 14 days, then you will avoid 100s of complaints about the same issue over and over again.  how do i get past this faff, and just access the game pass?  thank you

I'm sorry you are having trouble accessing your Games Pass. Was this added to your account on a monthly payment for the laptop or was it bought from our online store?

hello it was on the mobile app, added the laptop plus game pass onto the monthly contract.  i finally reached the tech team today, the gentleman was nice and explained everything, but, what an absolute faff it's been.  so i need to wait for the text with the codes plus instructions, this could arrive today or tomrrow, i need to take my mobile off the wifi to enter the codes, why was none of this emailed or explained when i placed the order?  i only received one email from EE to say 'it's on the way' i didn't realise there'd be so much faffing around afterwards and EE does make it impossible to speak to their staff.  you need to email people to tell them they need to wait 2-3 weeks and then constantly try to chase this code

hello so yesterday about 6pm they said i'd receive a code but it could take up to 24 hours it's now 8pm so over 24 hours, will i ever get to use this game pass?  or just keep paying for it but never getting to use it?
