why is the website so dreadful ?

Clearly constructed by some nerdy adolescent with too much time on his hands and all the bells-n-whistles kit. 

As a new customer Im trying to find what my bill might be - other than  trying to sell me loads of differnt things i wont need and a screen of oscillating balls ,  it serves no useful function , as far as a can tell. 

And they need to do a bit more UI testing and not rely on kids .

I agree! EE shouldn't be trying to sell you things when you're logged into your EE product's a/c.

Most cos. will allow you to opt out of all marketing but is still able to talk to you about the particular products & services that you actually have from them. The EE online a/c & app is showing marketing but they don't allow you to opt out.

And it all wastes screen space.

the account and the setting up of the EE BB has been fine. its just the website that is dreadful. 

I dont have , and dont want  a brand new phone - after all i use a telephone to  talk to people ( anyone remember doing that ? ) 

I can log in on the website. Where can i log out ? 

How easy is it to find billing information ( clue - its not all  easy) 

And whats the point of those interminably oscillating balls - some nerdy IT adolescent with no friends  probably thought it looked cool. it doesn't its just an irritation. Especially when the  bit i want fails to load  ( Firefox as the browser) 

why do you spend so much of my bandwidth trying to flog me stuff  ( and hide the things i actually need access to ) - from the volume of ads , you arent particularly bothered what you sell me , as long as its something, 

other than that , its fine . ( better than VF - but there again its not a high bar )
